Let me start this off.

Name: The Dinster

Age: donthcha all know anyway?

Location: The marvellous planet Earth

How I found out about this board: Well, I created it.

My Creativity: I am generally quite a creative person. I write poems, prose, have started on a few novels, used to go to a WEA creative writing class, had 4 poems published in books, draw, write music, play the piano (badly), wrote a few plays... I do it occasionally, when I feel like it. It doesn't take over my life, but sometimes I wish I would put a little more effort into it.

Other hobbies and interests: yoga, acting, singing, learning languages, messing about with my friends and generally making a fool of myself...

Favourite films: A hell of a lot. Amongst them are Lord of the Rings, Life is Beautiful, A Cage Full of Fools, Monty Python films, some Russian films, like Moskva Slezam Ne Verit, comedies...

Ditto books: I love well written, abstract, slightly philosophical books, like most stuff by George Orwell and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. I love LOTR, and amonsgt my favourite authors are Orwell, Asimov, Bradbury and the Strugatski brothers.

Music: I generally tend to have a wide taste of music. But usually I listen to rock, alternative, indie and goth. Amongst my favourite bands are Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, One True Thing, Darling Violetta, Apocalyptica, Muse, Tool, Nirvana, Linkin Park, the Chili Peppers, Queen and Smokie.

Iv written many a sick book, never finished them tho coz i always get bored!!! i play the drums, piano and violin, but i gave up the violin cz it was boring!!! oo n i like drawing not that im any good! ;D

How you found out about this board: I think Dina told me - otherwise I might have had a dream about it.

Something about your creativity: I do a bit of everything - journalism, poetry, short stories, travel diaries. I also write music, but notsomuch with the lyrics anymore. Yeah, I'm a bit of a pretentious actor/director combo as well.

Other hobbies and interests: Music Film Literature

Favourite films: The Crow, Ghost World, Manos Hand of Fate and HighFidelity might be edging its way in there. Ask me another day.

Ditto books: Picture of Dorian Gray (while Wilde is on mine), On the Road, Fear and Loathing, Moveable Feast. Of course, I just *love* literature, and the texture of these books - so all of them are my favourites. Hero of Our Time.

Ditto music: Like Lloyd (first of the gang) - anything good. At the moment I'm listening to the Fall - Hit the North and loving that. I also like the Cure, David Bowie, Lou Reed, Frank Zappa, The Smiths. It's hard to distill my pretty huge music collection down into a 'favourite music' box. I also like the film scores of Danny Elfman, Craig Armstrong and John Williams. Dirty, sweaty electronica (or clean clinical Kraftwerk if you so please)
